At Bon Vert in Gangelt-Schierwaldenrath, classic French cooking sits alongside modern dishes and regional specialities from Limburg and the surrounding area. From hearty favourites to refined, surprising flavours, our menu has something for everyone, whether you fancy a light bite or a generous meal.
We cook exclusively with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Our chef handles every ingredient with care and respect, preparing each dish fresh with love and a passion for cooking. A personal twist on familiar flavours gives our food its distinctive Bon Vert character.
Lunch, dinner or a Sunday visit: you are welcome in our restaurant even if you are not staying overnight. In fine weather, enjoy our green courtyard.
