2. Website visits and hosting
This website is provided through the IONOS Website Editor. Visits involve the processing of technically necessary information, including IP address, time of access, page requested, browser and device details and, where applicable, the referring page. This supports delivery, stability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical service providers receive data where required to operate the website.
3. Contact and event enquiries
When you contact us by phone or email, we process the information you provide to handle your request. Event enquiries may include your name, contact details, event, date, number of guests and message. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contractual and pre-contractual enquiries; Article 6(1)(f) applies to other enquiries, based on our interest in responding to you.
Our event forms prepare a message in your own email app. Filling in a form alone does not send an enquiry to Bon Vert. We only receive it when you send the email yourself. Your email provider’s privacy notice also applies.
4. Table reservations through Resmio
Online table reservations use Resmio (resmio GmbH, Katzwanger Straße 150, 90461 Nürnberg). Loading the reservation form establishes a connection to Resmio and transmits information including your IP address and technical details. Submitting a reservation processes the booking and contact information you enter to handle your reservation (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Resmio states that it uses essential session cookies and Google Analytics 4. Where consent is required for analytics technologies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR together with section 25(1) TDDDG. Read more at Resmio. You can also reserve by phone or email.
5. Room enquiries
Online room booking is under construction. The “Book a room” button displays a notice with our contact options. It does not connect to RoomRaccoon. Room enquiries by email or phone are covered by “Contact and event enquiries” above.
6. Cookies and external links
Technically necessary cookies or similar storage support the operation of the website. Strictly necessary access to your device is governed by section 25(2) TDDDG; subsequent processing of personal data uses the applicable GDPR basis stated in this notice. Optional analytics or marketing technologies require consent where prescribed by law. Consent can be withdrawn through the privacy settings.
Links to Instagram, Facebook and other external services open their platforms. Their own privacy notices apply from that point.
7. Recipients and retention
Data is shared only where necessary with appointed technical providers, booking and payment services, tax advisers or legally authorised bodies. Depending on the service, data may be processed outside the EEA; the provider also supplies information on relevant safeguards.
We retain data for as long as needed for its purpose or statutory retention requirements. It is then deleted unless another valid legal basis requires further retention.
8. Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability. You may withdraw consent for future processing. For processing based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation; you may object to direct marketing at any time. 9. Complaints
